END RANGE STRENGTH - MOBILITY - PERFORMANCE

Contact Nilou

Feline Fit is a refined fitness method crafted to build a dancer or model physique with feline efficiency, precision, and control. Through long-lever movements and end-range strength, we develop sculpted muscle without bulk, creating a body that is both powerful and feminine.

Too many intelligent, disciplined women are training in ways that quietly work against them:

You believe that strength requires bulk, creates stiffness and pain– it doesn’t have to.

You believe that the more you train, the more results you get – it will actually cause burnout.

You follow a nutrition plan based on someone else’s needs - causing imbalances and deficiencies.

Who is coaching for?

  • This service is for individuals who take their body seriously and understand that performance, aesthetics, and longevity are inseparable.

  • It is designed for dancers, performers, models, and individuals seeking a structured, precision-based approach to training who value control, efficiency, and structural integrity over generic fitness solutions.

  • It is for those who want to build strength without bulk, correct imbalances, and move with efficiency and authority.

  • This work suits clients who value individualized coaching, are willing to be coached, and expect measurable results.

It is not for trend-chasers, passive participants, or those looking for shortcuts. This is for people who treat their body as a professional instrument, not a casual hobby.

You have one body, and it must be treated as a long-term investment.

No two bodies are built the same, and no single method works universally. My philosophy is based on understanding your individual structure, adaptability, and physiological needs rather than forcing your body to conform to a rigid training or nutrition model. Food, training, and recovery must be matched to your unique system, not trends or dogma.

The goal is to teach you how to listen to your body, refine your approach, and build a routine that supports performance, resilience, and longevity.

Ultimately, my work is about helping you establish your ideal training system, nutrition strategy, and rehabilitation plan for a body that functions at its highest level.

  • “I can get all of this information from AI and online apps”

Yes, with AI you can get information, workout ideas, and even a basic plan, but AI will never replace real accountability, personalised adjustments or form correction. Coaching with me keeps you consistent, you get a program built for your body, ongoing support, progress adjustments, and guidance that actually turns a plan into results.

  • “I am not a professional dancer”

You don’t need to be a professional dancer or have any dance background for my program. My programs are designed to build a dense, long, lean physique while bulletproofing your joints and developing end-range strength, giving you flexibility and strength without creating bulky, shortened muscles. If that’s what you’re looking for, this program is for you.

  • “I can’t justify this investment”

If you can’t justify investing in your health and body now, it’s worth asking what the cost of not doing it actually is. Most people spend years restarting programs, trying random workouts, dealing with nagging pain, or feeling stuck in a body they’re not happy with. That cycle costs far more in time, energy, and frustration than doing it properly once with real guidance.

Why work with me?

  • I bring depth of experience that cannot be replicated by certifications alone.

  • I have trained across multiple methodologies, navigated diverse nutritional approaches, and personally rehabilitated a range of injuries.

  • As a professional performer, I understand the physical demands, limitations, and pressures placed on a body that must perform consistently and elegantly under stress.

  • My work extends beyond coaching and instruction. I offer strategic guidance, refined accountability, and calibrated support.

  • I know when to demand more and when restraint is required to protect longevity.

  • Clients work with me because they value discretion, intelligence, and a high-touch coaching relationship.

You are not left to figure it out alone. You are supported with intention at every stage of the process.

Don’t make the same mistakes I did.

Because efficiency and longevity are things most people realize they need only in hindsight.

I discovered end-range and long-lever training late in my performance career, after years of compensating with excessive stretching, mismatched programming, and methods that stressed my joints instead of strengthening them.

Had I learned this earlier, I would have extended my career, reduced pain, and trained in a way that enhanced performance rather than required constant recovery from it.

The same applies to nutrition.

Following one-size-fits-all diets led to inconsistency and extremes, not sustainability or results. If you are questioning whether your current training or nutrition truly aligns with your goals, there is a reason. Chances are, I have already been where you are. This work exists so you don’t have to lose years learning what your body actually needs.

FAQs

  • No. While dancers and performers benefit greatly, this work is for anyone seeking precision-based, intelligent training focused on joint health, corrective exercise, end-range training, and holistic health.

  • No. Programs are fully individualized. What matters is commitment, not your starting point. Movement is carefully analyzed, and every exercise is supported by a comprehensive library with clear instruction and detailed breakdowns. You are coached with intention throughout the process, receiving both education and guidance to ensure you progress safely, intelligently, and with confidence.

  • No. The feline method prioritizes muscle density, control, and lines, not hypertrophy for size.

  • This system emphasizes end-range strength, long-lever control and joint integrity over volume or fatigue. It is designed for functionality and flexibility through strength with careful progression.

  • I do not work with acute or fresh injuries. In those cases, an in-person assessment with a qualified physiotherapist is required. My work focuses on rehabilitating movement patterns, correcting postural deficiencies, and restoring structural balance once acute injury has been addressed. A body must function optimally at its foundation to reduce pain, limit re-injury, and support the development of proper, sustainable strength.

  • Yes and no. Holistic nutrition is available as an add-on service. Clients may choose training only, holistic nutrition only, or combine both at a preferred rate for a fully integrated approach and optimal results.

  • Yes. Advanced nutritional testing is available as an optional, premium service. This may include DNA-based analysis for personalized nutritional optimization, targeted nutrient assessments, and IgG food sensitivity testing. Testing is selectively recommended and used to refine an already individualized nutrition strategy.

  • Approximately every 1-2 months. While your program is initially designed using structured periodization, progression is never automatic. Adjustments are made based on continuous analysis of how your body responds, adapts, and develops over time. Some clients advance more quickly and require increased intensity or complexity, while others benefit from extended phases or refined exercise variations before progressing. My role is to observe your unique patterns, respect your physiology, and adjust the plan accordingly to support optimal performance, health, and long-term results.

  • Training methods are selected based on your current phase and objective. Depending on whether the focus is form, fat loss, conditioning, or strength development, your program may include traditional sets, circuits, supersets, AMRAP formats, or EMOM-style work. Methods are applied strategically to support the intended adaptation of each phase rather than used for variety or intensity alone.

  • Yes. Holistic nutrition is designed to support long-term health and performance, not short-term dieting. It focuses on identifying deficiencies, optimizing nutrient intake, and using nutrition as a preventative tool rather than a reactive fix. There is no single dietary model applied to everyone. Each approach is carefully assessed and tailored to your physiology, lifestyle, and long-term needs, allowing your nutrition to evolve as your body does.
