Yes, with AI you can get information, workout ideas, and even a basic plan, but AI will never replace real accountability, personalised adjustments or form correction. Coaching with me keeps you consistent, you get a program built for your body, ongoing support, progress adjustments, and guidance that actually turns a plan into results.

“I am not a professional dancer”
You don’t need to be a professional dancer or have any dance background for my program. My programs are designed to build a dense, long, lean physique while bulletproofing your joints and developing end-range strength, giving you flexibility and strength without creating bulky, shortened muscles. If that’s what you’re looking for, this program is for you.

I discovered end-range and long-lever training late in my performance career, after years of compensating with excessive stretching, mismatched programming, and methods that stressed my joints instead of strengthening them.
Had I learned this earlier, I would have extended my career, reduced pain, and trained in a way that enhanced performance rather than required constant recovery from it.
The same applies to nutrition.
Following one-size-fits-all diets led to inconsistency and extremes, not sustainability or results. If you are questioning whether your current training or nutrition truly aligns with your goals, there is a reason. Chances are, I have already been where you are. Our work together begins with addressing nutrition, supplements, and an in-depth postural and movement assessment to identify structural imbalances, movement limitations, and performance constraints.

Weekly Check Ins
Each week, we connect by phone to review your progress, adjust your plan, and address anything holding you back physically or mentally.

To clarify exercises, program instructions, or nutrition guidelines. Responses are provided within 24 hours so you can continue your training with confidence.

Your program is delivered through the Everfit Training App, where you’ll access workouts, track progress, and follow your structured plan with basic macros and with ongoing updates and adjustments.

And unlike therapy, it’s not about diagnosing or pathologizing — it’s about reclaiming your power and rewriting your story. You will be supported holistically: emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually.
Please note: That if you are currently working with a licensed Therapist or Mental Health Professional or overcoming a diagnosis, I recommend discussing this program with them first. (I have had clients in the past work through the program with a therapist, while guided by me and they had beautiful transformations and healing.) -
No — this 1:1 coaching is guided through the Foundation Program with personal support and depth. You'll receive all the program materials, but this version allows you to move through them with customized support, mentorship, and accountability. It's perfect for those who want the work to be more relational, personalized, and emotionally held.

Sessions are 60 minutes once per week, but the real transformation happens in your life outside of the call. Most clients spend an additional 1–3 hours per week engaging with prompts, exercises, or integration practices — but this is about quality, not quantity. We focus on sustainable growth, not overloading your schedule.

This program is intentionally designed as a 12-month arc because transformation takes time — and depth. However, if you have specific concerns or would like to commit on a smaller level, book a consultation and we can explore custom durations or a phased approach. We want this to feel like a grounded yes, not a pressured one.

You’ll have access to me via Instant Messenger/Text or email between sessions — for check-ins, questions, or support when things get hard (because they will, and that’s normal). You’re not alone in this process. I’m here to walk beside you, not just talk at you once a week.

Yes. While this is not therapy, it is deeply trauma-aware and psychologically grounded (the program has been reviewed by multiple mental health professionals). I meet you where you are and support you in processing the emotional material that arises with care, presence, and consent. You will never be rushed, pathologized, or shamed. We build emotional safety first — then build everything else from there.

Yes — we offer three flexible payment options to meet different needs, and a limited Founder’s Rate is available for 2025 clients. If this is deeply aligned but still out of reach, mention that on the consultation call — we value honesty, and there may be creative solutions.
